Matt's stand against a proposed Industrial park
south of Charbonneau

Matt Wingard supports the people of Charbonneau and the South Metro Region who oppose development of an industrial park on prime farmland surrounding the Langdon Farms Golf course. Matt believes that the land use laws should apply equally to everyone, without any special deals for Indian tribes or politically well connected land speculators and developers.

Matt will work in Salem to protect the property rights of those who have played by the rules, and have homes, farms and small businesses which would be hurt by the development of a casino or industrial park south of the Willamette River adjacent to Charbonneau, in Clackamas County.
