When Rep. Wingard learned that antiquated prohibition laws still on the books prevented home brewers from participating in local beer festivals he personally sponsored a bill to fix this problem. Ultimately, a bipartisan group of legislators passed SB 444.

SB 444 reverses the unintended consequences of state liquor laws and protects and encourages our local brewing industry.
